About the role

Nishorgo Bunon is seeking three experienced and dedicated artisans to join its production team in Gazipur. We are looking for skilled professionals in Karchupi, Embroidery, and Garment Sewing who are passionate about traditional craftsmanship, precision, and high-quality finishing.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform professional Karchupi, Embroidery, or Garment Sewing work according to assigned designs.
• Maintain accuracy, neat finishing, and consistent product quality.
• Follow design specifications and production instructions.
• Complete assigned tasks within production deadlines.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain proper care of tools, materials, and equipment.

Educational Requirements

• No specific academic qualification is required.
• Practical skills and professional craftsmanship will be prioritized.
• Relevant vocational or technical training will be an added advantage.

Experience & Additional Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the relevant field.
• Proven expertise in Karchupi, Embroidery, or Garment Sewing.
• Ability to produce neat, precise, and high-quality work.
• Experience in Jamdani and fashion garments will be preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
